Walk to find a cure
Join us on Saturday, September 6, for the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) Midwest Chapter Walk-A-Thon. Enjoy a leisurely three- mile round trip walk along Naperville’s Riverwalk path while raising awareness of and money for our fight against Parkinson’s disease. Each dollar raised goes directly to fund promising research to develop new treatments and to find a cure for Parkinson’s.
Bring your family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers to join you for the Chapter’s 18th annual Walk-A-Thon. Thanks to your generosity and participation, last year’s Walk brought together more than 400 participants with a common goal, and raised more than $60,000 earmarked specifically for research. This year, we have set our goal higher.
If those you invite can’t participate in the Walk, ask them to consider making a donation to help find a cure for PD. We need your support.
